On a selective basis, Flex will assume an equity stake in concert with physicians, inventors, and other entrepreneurs in emerging medical technology ventures. Risk sharing partnerships may be formed through the establishment of a limited liability corporation.

Our engineering and business development group will conduct a thorough due diligence review of the prospective venture to determine feasibility and best opportunities for achieving commercial success.
